After putting through a complain of being Debited twice, im still waiting for my refund... After 8 days... Was promised the matter will be sorted in 48 hrs... or did u guys mean 48 days? i have been calling the person (Regan Munnik) reponsible for my my complain but i think he worse than Nedbank itself... just keep promising to call me back n Never keep that promise... m i being bullied here? just because u can?..m fed up with your Nedbank...
I think its time now that i change Accounts n pay the loan on counter... Sies!
