The reason i decided to go with Miway is because they beat any existing quote i have found, however to my surprise when i received the policy document my excess was higher than the one i was informed about and accepted with the same premium, Thabo was the agent that assisted me, he was very friendly and helpful, he requested the call, and resolved my issue with no if or buts, promptly set the excess to the same that was promised on the initial call.
