My Nedbank account was debited by Loan Tracer (I see many complaints about them as well) without my knowledge. I was sent back and forth between Nedbank, Standard Bank and Loan Tracer yesterday, and still no joy. Nedbank is so unhelpful and not willing to assist me reversing a debit order that was deducted without my consent. Is it because I am not a CEO or something?
