Nedbank my money

Last month nedbank double debited my nedbank loan, I went into the bank to ask why and someone said it was a technical error and that the money would be back in my account within 24hrs. That was a week ago and I am still waiting. Nobody has contacted me to let me know whats happening an I am still out by R780.00, not chump change.
