FNB credit card delivery failure

Hi
I applied for a FNB credit card on-line. A FNB consultant phoned me to take me through the last registration steps. The delivery address for the card was confirmed for the Carnival Mall branch. I received a sms on Monday to say my card is with the couriers. Wednesday I phoned to find out where my card is and they had no delivery address. I then confirmed the Carnival Mall branch again. On Thursday I got a call to confirm the address as my card has not been dispatched yet. The Carnival Mall branch is not on their system. They can also not tell me which branch in Boksburg they can deliver to. I then supplied them with my work address. The card was suppose to be here before 11:00. I have phoned twice and no one has come back to me yet.
This is PATHETIC!!
