Account hacked, delays with new card and attitude

A withdrawal was made from my account and my acount is now frozen until the end of the investigation. I now have to be issued with a new card, I asked for the card to be sent to the Killarney branch and i was told it would be ready to collect in two days. Three days later i go collect the card and i am told the delivery guy is running late and the card is not there yet. This was a Tuesday. I then got an sms later that afternoon that the card is ready to be collected. I went on Thursday to collect it and the rude consultant told me the card has now been sent to Parkhurst. The consultant had the nerve to insinuate that i must go collect the card in Parkhurst and to top that off i was told i have to wait a further seven days for my card to be brought back. I honestly dont see why i should be inconvenienced because of their delivery misunderstandings. The consultant gave me more attitude and told me there's nothing she can do. After asking to speak to her manager she told me she can have it at the branch in twenty four hours. Since then i have been calling the branch to check if my card is ready but they never answer the phones and no one returns my calls.
