Nedbank Carlswald fails to deliver AGAIN

I called Nedbank Centorian and was told I could have a letter confirming the companies banking details - they noted it would be ready for collection by 15:00 today. Since Nedbank Carlswald is around the corner I thought perhaps I should call them for this confirmation letter that Centorian seems to willing to give me.

And once again I found myself wondering why I bother to acknowledge that Branch at all. This Carlswald Nedbank branch refused to give me confirmation of banking details letter. Although Centorian was at least 20 kms away I drove all the way there to collect the letter Nedbank Carlswald refused to issue.

If this was my only frustration I would not have bothered with lodging a complaint but NEDBANK seriously that branch is a wasted of time, energy and resources you should really just shut them down altogether like you did penny lane.
The two accounts I submitted all the information at carlswald for were never open and they have no record of me even being there to open the account. They are really really quite useless and a bad reflection on a bank with a already bad reputation for customer services. No thanks to Peter I have this letter he refused to give me!
