Why is it that when you get a quote, everything seems so good, but when you need to claim, there's always a problem. About 2 years ago, I claimed for my water damaged washing machine, they couldn't pay out... Now I am claiming for an external hard drive. According to the consultant, he don't think I am covered for it, but will get someone to call me. I followed up twice without luck, and now waiting for 2 days for someone to call regarding the claim.
