On Sunday 24/03/2013 there was a electrical / thunderstorm in the area where I live and lost some appliances as a result. I have called on 26/03/2013 and left a message to register a claim at the helpdesk. I have called again on 28/03/2013 and left a voicemail message and with the helpdesk and again on 2/04/2013 with Refilwe. In the meantime i have send messages and logged in on their website. According to my policy I have only 30 days to register a claim and I am already in week two and still no one has contact me. Every time I call I keep holding for 15 minutes till 34 minutes. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE CALL ME
