I recently sent an external hard drive to a business near Durban, via Speed Services. Although I sent it on Saturday (so technically Monday) and it arrived timeously on the Tuesday morning, it had been damaged and did not work at all.
I got Insurance Claim documents via email from Speed Services to fill in and return. I didn't have a confirmation of receipt of my email so I sent another email just to confirm that my mail with attachments had been received. 3 or 4 days later I received a short email from Amanda Human to say that my insurance claim postal order payout was waiting for me at the post office and that I could collect it at my convenience
Although I was disappointed because the hard drive was unusable, I was impressed with the speed in which the claim was paid out (2 weeks is not long to wait, I don't think)
