Ast week Friday I logged a claim with 1st for Women for my power surge damaged washing machine and DVD player. I struggled to even register the claim and was put on hold for more than 5 minutes before being assisted by the consultant, Natasha Williams. Long story short, my damaged goods were finally collected by a supplier to fix. It's now been 7 days and I haven't received feedback on the status of my goods or claim. I've phoned 1st for Women and been sent from one consultant to another without a resolution to my claim.
I find this service extremely irritating, inconvenient and unprofessional. I've left several messages and have been promised a response but no one has reverted.
Why do they promise superior and personalised service when the real service is anything but?!
