We had a break in at our house at the end of November. Laptop, external hard drive, jewelery, tools etc was. Phoned iWYZE. When we have taken out the policy the consultant told us that everything inthe house was covered. After the break-in we have phoned them several times and were told that we had to send photos of the point of entry. Then nothing happened. Middle Dcember we phoned again and was told that they were going to send out and assessor. He came end of December. I had to get quotes of everything that was missing. After 3 weeks I phone again to ask what is happening to my claim and was told that they are struggling to get hold of the assessor. Then when I phoned an emailed them I was told that the teamleader was now trying to get the claim sorted out. The next day I was informed that they will have a meeting on the Friday. A few hours later I was told that the jewelery and electronic equipment was suppose to be insured separately! There is nothing on my ammendment stating that!
