I had an incident at home which resulted my TV being damaged however I called Iwyze on wednesday 09/01/2013 and the next day I received a call from Yasaar Timms advising me that my claim has been declined because i do not have the accidental damage cover on the insurance. I later spoke to Mpho from Iwyze retentions department whom later confirmed after listening to the voice recordings that indeed I do have the cover and will advise Yasaar who promised to call me on Monday 14/01/2013 and still waiting for the call now, I think Yasaar does not care and I asked Refiloe the message service reception for Yasaar's managers details and with no luck she does not know. I am very disappointed with the level of service I am receiving at this stage.
