CLAIM WASHING MACHINE 3 weeks nightmare

2 June moved home - washing machine got damaged. i called an agent and paid R850 to get it repaired - unfortunately they could not fix it, then placed a claim with Discovery. Take NOTE i had called to inform them about move& make sure i was covered in TRANSIT. the AGENT I SPOKE Too SAID YES i am covered. Recorded phone call and would like Discovery to listen to all calls until they hear this.put claim in send through damage report.they need to send their assessor - he comes out and says the same thing as my report.i keep calling to follow up. pregnant mom with no washing machine NIGHTMARE..2 weeks no machine. Agent calls me to ask me how machine was damaged.are u kidding me..read the report.she questions why i tried to get it fixed.well that's what u do.now going 3weeks she calls me to tell me i am not covered.why send an assessor then surely this is something u check before.they making every excuse to why they cant pay SMALL claim. agent rude and arrogant with me and her attitude .she told me she started listening to the recording but its long.is this how you treat clients.never claimed before and its a nightmare. oh excess R750. covered for an explosion - what a joke
