About 7 months ago I joined Iwyze. Everything seemed well until I made a claim. The agent explained to me that not only the household good are covered, even the clothes that I wear are also covered. They also did not explain the conditions all they wanted was to make me join the policy. The agent did not tell me that the clothes are not covered if they get on the washing line. He just said that the clothes are covered. it's only today that I get to hear that they cannot pay my claim. I feel that I was misled into opening a policy with them. What the point of having a policy that not helping? Now I dont have clothes to wear and I can't claim but i am paying premiums every month
