Bad Service unhelpful staff

A debit order amount of R149.95 was debited to my account I went into Capitec Bank Yeoville on the 04/05 to query. The lady said I must ask my employer.(a debit order has nothing to do with my salary deposited into my account. I called on the 06/05 they gave me a phone no which is invalid and said I must call the Company. Capitec Bank is unhelpful in solving this as I never authorized any debits on my account and they wont give me any information trace this debits
