I went to Capitec Bank to make a deposit. As usual, the lines are ridiculous, but this deposit had to be made. I had not received the stupid ticket because the person who was MEANT to be at the door doing her job was not there so as a normal person would do, I waited in the que. There was a lady in front of me and when the ticket number went on to alert the next customer, the ticket number on display and the one the lady in front of me had, did not correspond. Before I went to the teller to get assistance, the lady who was meant to be at the door stops me from going to the teller and says "Where is your piece of paper ma'am? " I told her that I dont have it cause her lousy wasn't at the door doing what she was getting paid for. Then she has the audsity to tell me that I should have waited for her? WHAT THE FLIPPEN? WHO IS THE FLIPPEN CLIENT HERE? Then. Im so sick of Capitec really. How do you hire people that intentionally drag your name in the mud. Pathetic! Dont waste your time replying to this email, I dont want your sorry copy and paste reply.
