After dealing with Direct Axis for medical aid quote we decide not to use them and to go direct to the medical aid after confirm that our application was cancelled we were shocked to see that they went and deduced money off our account, we phoned them and we are now told that they think they money was bounced and that we must prove to them that the money did come out of our account. I can belive no one at direct axis can check an account to see if the money is there why whoul I do your work for you... I want my money paid back into my account ASAP.
