The lady is very rude

I went to the bank to increase my daily limit as i needed to draw all my money.she was working on the qmatic machine when i enter the branch she gave me a deposit ticket.i waited more than 30 min for my ticket to be called .she went back to the counter to releive someone maybe for lunch i dont know, she called my ticket.i could'nt find my ticket but i knew my nomber.she refused to help me without the ticket and call other customer while i was busy explaining my self, one of the lady found my ticket in the bin as she was cleaning the floor.and Sive said i must get onother ticket becouse she cant help me as i have the wrong ticket i told her that she gave me the wrong ticket so she must help me.she refused and told me that their sytem does'nt allow that i mst go and get onother ticket.that is unfair as i work with qmatic as well and knows axactely how it works.she was very rude.and she made me feel like stupid.
