Embarasing and umiliating service

I walked into pitec bank to deposit money. There was no one at the front desk for like 7 minutes and I did not ask WHY. I got myself a deposit ticket and it was called computer/terminal or I don't know what they call it I went to the teller hence I had the ticket. Then the Nozie person walked to pull me to the back of the line saying I served myself and I did not understand as the teller already punched my account number and took my money I had to go baxk -humiliated and sooo sad. Please help. VERY unproffesional for a bank
