Not everyone knows the depositing system

On 26/04/2013 my husband asked me to deposit money in his Capitec account. When i got to the bank, there was already a line. I joined the queue, there was no one at the door. After some time i saw that people were carrying little slips and then i went to the lady who was a the door and asked for the slip. When i was the next person to be served the lady at the counter said i should wait for my number to be called. Mind you she is saying this with attitude. I tried to explain my situation to her that i didnt know that we are served by numbers but she carried on and served 4 more people who had came after me. She had the nerve to say that i should have pressed the machine for my slip when i entered. This was my first time depositing at Capitec. Finally the other teller called my number at the enquiries. I dont if im the stupid one but this lady also told me that next time i should come with change when im depositing. Isnt this a bank? Why should i bring change to a BANK? This is the very reason why we opt for banks with high interest because atleast we are given the right service and the consultants dont have attitude. This took place after 8 in the morning and they didnt have name tags on.
