I was greeted kindly at the front door and helped quckily to the right que. I was the only person waiting in line and there was a lady working at the deposit counter. She looked right at me and ignored me even though I was the only one waiting in line. I orginally thought she was busy with paper work from a previous customer so I wanted for her to call me. After she finished her paper work she then quickily left her post even though I was the only one waiting in the deposit line. After I realised that she wasn't gonna help me I had to wait in the enquiry line (which took a long time before I was helped even though I was the only person in the deposit que). A deposit only takes a few moments the deposit lady refused to give me a good customer experience. This is the second time I've went into a capitec bank, I can't see myself ever going back again
