I had a debit order that was debited out of my account and I didnt know what it was for, I arrived at Capitec Maponya Mall and the lady at the door who does ticketing was more informative than Thando. I told Thando my problem and all she did was print out 2 forms made me sign them then when i proceeded to ask if she knew who debited or what happened she raised her voice at me saying "they also dont know they just have a reference"
I bank with Capitec bank because of their outstanding customer service, thus i am very appalled by Thando's attitude towards me, please either swop her with the ticketing lady at the door, or take her for customer service training, i dont appreciate being shouted at when the fault is especially not mine
