I never got a better service at Capitec in my entire life experience. this morning at about 10:30 I went to deposit money at Capitec and the lady by the name Mei told me that they are busy with money from the ATM's therefore i should wait as the terminals are not working. she told me to sit and I did so, then after some time about 8 minutes she told me I can go after the gentleman. then came two man, she gave them tickets. now the lady depositing money said she cant serve me as I don't have tickets. She called Mei and she said it's her mistake. therefore I should wait for the man ticket no 107 and 108 then I'll be 109. is that really fair? i couldn't wait after I've waited already for the ATM's business. I thought Capitec is the better bank, but they proved me wrong again. Now'll I'll have to make other means to deposit this money to my friend as she's desperately in need of it but Capitec couldn't come to her rescue as her favourite bank.
