Enginuity courier company seems to not no areas

I ordered a Samsung gs4 from FNB online. I received a sms from enginuity 3 days later stating I will be contacted to have my device delivered. I was contact by a consultant who I gave my address to and specifically told that I am in Johannesburg. I've been following up with enginuity re my device, I've been told that I will be contacted back after follow ups. when I contacted THEM for a follow up and made to wait so long I am now told my device is in PRETORIA even though I specifically said Auckland Park. this level of service is unacceptable. having to personally sign for the phone I have to make sure I am around to receive the phone, being an attorney who is always at court, it is a difficult arrangement to have. when I called I was told that my device would be delivered "today" I make sure I am available all day.
this is unacceptable service, as for FNB it is a rather poor company to have doing logistics for a reputable company. Today I had to hold on for such a long time that I had to hand the call over to my PA and proceed to a meeting
