Phone delivered faster than expected

I'd like to thank FNB/Enginuity for the great service I received.
I intially made an order online for my new phone on Friday (10-05) and when I was contacted the following Monday (13-05) to complete my application I was told the suppliers were out of stock and that the turnaround time was about 10-15 days. On Thursday (16-05) I was contacted by Enginuity to inform me that my order had been received and to comfirm my details for delivery. I promptly recieved my order yesterday and I am now the proud owner of a new S4.
I read so many complaints of late delivery and maybe I got lucky with the timing of my order and the receiving of new stock, but none the less, I am a very happy FNB customer. All in all, from ordering online to delivery, the process took 10 days. Thank you FNB & Enginuity.
