First National Bank
Lost handset after orde

I ordered a new phone (tuesday) via FNB's online device service. I was promptly contacted the next day saying delivery would take place in 48 hours (should have been latest Friday). I understand that the FNB is not delivering the device, but via a company named Enginuity. My problem is that FNB needs to be more involved in the entire process. I had to call Enginuity 4 times today before someone actually told me that the couriers had lost or misplaced the phone. My problem is why don't they inform me? Why does the customer have to follow up after something had not been done when it was promised within 48 hours. I don't see why it takes almost a week to deliver a device nationally. Had it been an international parcel I would understand, but I am not satisfied at all. I really hope someone contacts me and explains just exactly what is going on and when I can expect my device. At this rate I would not recommend ordering devices to anyone, if they are planning on getting them via FNB.
