March our premium didnt go off as salary was paid into wrong acc. i called outsurance they said By the 9/4 it would come of. they claim to have sent sms email. on 19/4 we were robbed. i called explained the premium story.we had a family emergency the 9th and without realising drew the money. we assumed the debit order was off as most go of the midnight before. the lady said they can do an immediate debit and that the lady in claims would help me and we should be covered. after being interogated for over 4 hours photos taken etc.by assessor who travelled -150km to us we get told claim denied due to premium. i was honest and said i could have and claimed later. i guess tahts where honesty gets you!! No "beniding over by outsurance was done. the only bending over was ME!!! i am considering canceling my insurance with outsurance!!! terrible service and i wont recommend them to anyone!!!
