PATHETIC SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE

I've been a loyal customer of Outsurance for the past 6 years. In 2006 I had an accident and my claim was settled without any hassles. I stayed with them. I went further to take out House Contents insurance as well. My premium went up to R1103.41 per month. At the end of March my stuff was and I submitted a claim. Outsurance boasts about how they will bend backwards and how they show off when it comes to handling your claim. THE BIGGEST EVER!!! Did you know that when you claim - the first thing the assessor ask you is permission to do a credit check??? Yes they do an ITC check! WHY?? That's not all - they interrogate you like you're the criminal. You need to bend backwards and go back in to time (as far as 3-4years) for slips, proof that the items you reported as were yours. I understand that with every claim they need to follow procedures but its funny that no ITC checks were done when I took out insurance with them or every month they deducted the money from my bank account. They never bothered to do an inventory check but the day I claimed they came and took photos. Outsurance is not what they claim to be. They are only interested in your money.
