Why Outsurance should be OUT

In January I had a car accident (my first ever) and it wasn't my fault in ANY way and my car was a write off. Being the first accident, I was in shock and had no idea what to do. So I called Outsurance. Everything was handled quickly and I was happy. Until I had to get a new car. My premium went up and there was nothing they could do to bring it downI was told to call back in about 6 months and still nothing, at 7 months they could do nothing. Now, 8 months later, I get an email telling me that my premium is going up!! So I called to rectify this horrible situation. and I get told that they cannot give me a discount because it takes 9-12 months for a profile to build and the increase in premium is an annual increase. But my cover has only been on this car for 8 months. Right after this argument I have with Outsurance, they send me another mail to tell me "Why OUT is better than IN" and one little line has thrown me into such a fury. it reads "Gauranteed premium: We gaurantee your premium for 12 months whether you claim or not" So why did my premium go up in the first place and why is increasing again so soon?? False advertising is the reason why.
