Where is my insurance when I need it?

My house got burnt on the 16th of September. This was hardly two weeks after we celebrated the wedding of my eldest daughter. Due to financial hicups I was forced to reverse some debit orders. Unfortunately my bank reversed the Outsurance premium. I phoned Outsurance explaining my problem and they advised that I notify them when there was money in the account so that they deduct it and my policy would be up to date. They did not debit the premium as advised and when I put the claim for the burnt house my claim was rejected due to the unpaid premium. This is really disappointing, my kids are devastated that they lost their beautiful home. We really hoped that Outsurance would help us as they were satisfied with the investigation. I have been with them for over 12 years and the fact they cannot assist us in this difficult time its sad. Please help me.
