I took out a funeral policy yesterday with a sales consultant who actually took information only not to add to the policy, i called today just to update id numbers and spoke to TRACY NDLOVU.. I then found out that she had to almost do everything from scratch as she captured all the info that was supposed to be on the policy already, she was so patient and really treated me like i was her 1st client for the day. i really do aprreciate her help and patience.
