SERVICES - FROM MANAGEMENT
I'm insured with outsurance, called them to change my address for my household insurance, the premium decreased and the consultant told me that I would get a refund.However they decided to debit my bank account and send me numerous SMS's and emails to say my debit did not go off and that they are going to debit my account again on the 20th.I dn't know if I am stupid or what how can they debit my account if the premium is lower and they owe me a refund.I called the call center regarding the claim and spoke to a consultant who I asked to call me back as I was on my way home and could not talk at the time, the consultant told me that he could not call me back I must call when I have time, SERVICE, a manager called me to whom I explained my story and till date no response from them.Who is liable for the they caused with a UNESSARY DEBIT order reflecting unpaid on my account and my bank statements F up because of outsurance stupidity.Is someone going to assist me or not, they advertise how good they are, I think I should go to the media and let the people know what immatures OUTSURANCE really is.
