7 Months ago an outsurance client crashed from behind into my new car. I had to pay for the excess just to get mobile again, my insurance repaired my car becauce everyone advised me that Outsurance is not what they advertise, and take months to settle claims againts them, some panelbeaters refuse to deal with Outsurance repair claims - I wonder WHY??? Every month outsurance dont pay I get penalised on my premium. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SETTLE MY CLAIM OUTSURANCE???
