Claim not processed

I resigned 3 april I called the contact centre already regarding progress on my claim nothing has been done. Email was sent on the 26th calls were made on the 15th april and on the 6th may still no progress on the claim. All I am being told is that the administrators have done nothing this far. This is ridiculous and then they ask you to rate the service you received. How pathetic. I bet no one will come back to me.
