On Saturday I thought I had lost my wallet. Somehow I got through to Absa around 4am in the morning (thank you for being at work at the at time on a Sunday). Anyways, my cards were cancelled within seconds and I could relax a bit. Even though i now have a some nice replacement/lost card fees to deal with (which I am not happy with but it is my own fault, and keen to get some nice shiny new gold cards). I was pretty impressed with the service. This is what I would expect from a company I pay so much money to per month - Thank you for all the ATMs, and being the only bank I have ever banked with...
