Standard bank are lying

On the 02/12 Standard bank decided to take R863.63 out of my account and put it on a complete strangers credit card. On the 03/12 I picked this up and after much toing and froing was told they sorry for their "mistake" and the money would be back in my acc in 24hrs. The next day came STILL NO MONEY. After many many phone calls and complaining on the website I was told to wait until Thursday the 05/12 and it would come in. Thursday came and went so on Friday I went into Century City standard bank. I sat there for 2hours with the branch manager who eventually got through to Jane Chirwa. I was PROMISED that my money would be in my account that evening by 7pm and failing that on Saturday morning. it is now Monday, STILL NO MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. Standard bank have from me, have failed to take my complaints serioiusly, when I phone in I'm placed on hold for ages passed from one person to the next because no one knows what they are doing. This is THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD.THEY HAVE TO ME AND MY MONEY. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT NOW AND COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE TROUBLE THIS DISGUSTING BANK HAS PUT ME THROUGH.I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH THIS THIEVING BANK
