Since I have had a FNB credit card issued to me I have had so many things go wrong it's funny. First I start getting password reset SMS's on my phone when I was not resetting my password. I call the call center and they tell me that it's definitely someone trying to hack my account and that they will lock me out of my internet banking to fix it. Not very helpful. Now I have to go into the branch with my ID to unlock it. I am also getting electronic statements for someone else's credit card sent to my email address. How is this secure FNB? What the heck are you guys doing?
