I went to the bank to link my bond account with my account on the internet so that I can be able to transfer excess funds which I left in the bond for emergencies. For the 1st time I was informed that it will take 2 to 3 days just to link same on the internet. I am disappointed and now I have exceeded my limit a fault caused by sheer laziness. I asked some lady named Noxolo so she can transfer some funds from my excess bonds and she as well refused so that my debit orders do not exceed my overdraft. I am disappointed and once more I do not have intentions to change banks but if I am going to have complains with my bank every month maybe I am short changing myself. NEDBANK please do something because I do not have intentions to pay for those charges due to laziness. SADLY the service at Arcadia seems to be better as if Arcadia is FNB and not same bank.
