UNRELIABLE AND INCOMPETENT

I went to the Jabulani Mall African Bank to apply for a personal loan on Friday the 26th of April, I completed all the documents, received a credit card and I was told to wait for an 'sms'. Three days later I hadnt received the sms so I called loans as well as the credit card dept, I was told they couldnt help me I need to go to the branch were I applied, so I spent my transport money to go there. I was then assisted by another consultant and I was told the previous consultant captured the information incorrectly so they had to redo everything, again I was told I would receive an 'sms', alright, the next day (1 May) I received a call from the loans dept confirming my info and supposedly processing my application, I waited another 2days still nothing, so I called again, only to find there was a problem with that bank statement, so I had to go to the branch again to hand in a correct statement, again I was told I'd get an 'sms'. Im going through an URGENT FAMILY CRISIS and need finance urgently but clearly this bank couldnt be bothered.. Is anyone willing to help or am I just banging my head on a brick wall
