The proffesionalism displayed by my assessor Trevor and was phenomanal. Upon my welcome I was offered a cup of coffee to ease my panic and tension mode. Trevor explained the process in simple terms so that I would know what to expect during the claim process, which also put me on a relaxation mode as this is the first time to encounter such an experience. The overall service I had received from the security personnel Moses and the receptionist Josephine was amazing.
