Loan repayments

I requested for the rescheduling of my account repayments as I am currently heavily indebted and have 4 personal loans and a credit card from African Bank. When I called the accounts department i was informed that I need to take documentation to the branch and ask them to fax these to African bank. I have done so on 15 April 2013 but after 10 days when I did not get any feedback, I followed up. I was told that my requests was not received. The branch (Shirley at Grahamstown branch) indicated that she did not fax the documents but scanned it on the internal system. However, she faxed it to 087 897 1574 on 24 April 2013, but today I was told that the documents were not received. I have spoken to Gertrude and Nicholas at the Head Office. Taking other living expenses and commitments in mind, I will have no alternative but to make use of debt counselling services if my request is declined. I believe this matter can be resolved by either a consolidation loan or the rescheduling of my current repayments. I will appreciate urgent intervension in the matter.
