I applied for the loan at African bank Brooklyn on the 4th September 2013. After the application i was given credit card and contract. but to this day there is no money in the account and on the credit card. On the 9th September when i called the branch to enquire about progress the consultant told me that she forgot to do a copy of my ID and said she was on the way to come and fetch it at my work i waited till i went to the branch to hand in the copy, I have never seen such a bad service. Im stuck with the card that does not work and signed the contract which i dont have the money for.
