On the 8th of February 2013, I made a comment on this very website. Not to realise that a few months later, I would have the exact same issue. I use [URL Removed] often and their services are normally superb, but today I find myself disappointed again.
A debit order went off my account in lieu of payment due to [URL Removed] and again I received an sms thanking me for the payment. It is now the 3rd of May 2013 and on my [URL Removed] website, my account summary still shows the money as outstanding.
I emailed a lady named Portia Stonga, who dealt with my issue the previous time to ask for assistance, but have yet to receive a response.
I don't want to make an issue out of it, please understand that. I just need someone to please correct the records on your website (under my summary).
