On the 3rd of May 2013 i visited the standard bank branch situated in cachet park potchefstroom
a young lady by the name of Louise (consultant) was extremely friendly and very helpfull. we seriously need more examples of customer service relations the way she handles it
she went out of her way to explain everything i wanted to know in detail and she is just absolutely the best consultant i have ever dealt with at any bank in SA
i would recommend that standard bank branch to anyone anytime
