My debit order was supposed to go off on the 26th of February, I paid wonga electronically on the 25th so that the payment would reflect on the 26th as promised. Loging on to my account, it still shows that I owe them and they keep adding interest, even though the account was paid on time. I called the call centre, only to be put on hold for a really long time, then sent through my proof of payment to [Email Removed] received no response, and still to date, my account is not up to date. I wish your service was as fast as you set it out to be. PLEASE UPDATE MY PAYMENT!
