I settled my wonga account nearly two weeks ago, on the 30th of March 2013 to be exact. I made the payment via EFT and sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] and I have not had any feedback/response. my account has not been updated. Please help rectify this because I want my name to be cleared on ITC. I contacted wonga and the consultant toldme to relax as someone will call me back but this hasnt happened. Please fix this and I vow to never use your services again because you have such bad service.
