I ordered books from [URL Removed] on 10 Sept 2013, made the payment EFT, with proof of payment, payment was received on 13 Sept 2013, but on 16 Sept 2013 I got an email that the order was cancelled, after I sent a few Proof of Payments to various persons at [URL Removed] Delivery date was for 20 Sept 2013, on 23 Sept 2013 I haven't received the goods yet, because they said that they haven't received payment, but with all the different people that I talked, they confirmed that the payment was indeed received on 13 Sept 2013.

I ordered another book on 16 Sept 2013. Payment was made on 17 Sept 2013 directly into their bank account, Proof of payment were emailed, as before to [Email Removed] and today 23 Sept 2013, is shows "awaiting payment"

I spoke to Junaid / Janet, Manager of the Branch today (23/9), and asked what is going on. Told her that if I don't get feedback by 12h00 I am going to report it to you.

Phone at 12h36 to asked again what is going on, but apparently she wasn't available, or any other Manger.

I request that the goods couriered to me ASAP without any cost to me please, because they have my money, but I don't have the goods!!!
