Yesterday Morning I woke up and i checked my Phone, to my surprise R15 000 was missing from my account.
I called FNB department that answered within 3 rings. they checked my account and Old Mutual had deducted R15 000 from my account.
End of January I received a call form a old Mutual agent stating that I might receive a policy in the mail but I must not worry about it as he has made a mistake, now R15 000 went off my account.
I Cant get threw to Old Mutual sat on the phone for a hours this morning
