Obbed at Standard Bank ATM..by the ATM
I tried to withdraw R500.00 from the ATM inside Musgrave Center in Durban the machine gave me R150.00, the opening looked as though the balance of the money was jammed in, so I then used my husbands card and tried again for another R500 thinking that the machine will push out my money and my husbands, but it only gave out R300.00 this time and then immediately thereafter the ATM machine jammed and closed off. I called and logged a query on both mine and my husbands account. We where told to wait 15 working days. I received an sms from them today, saying that my query was unsuccessful, now there is nothing they can do about it.....I don't understand....I would like more information on this audit and also would like them to check their ATM camera's for that day, it is not fair that there is nothing they can do about it and we are out R550.00 off our month household budget......it may not be a lot of money for Big old Standard Bank but for us it is our hard earned money, I have been with this bank for over 20 years and I feel cheated
